Multi-room remodels fall apart when five subcontractors point at each other. The drywaller blames the electrician, the electrician blames the plumber, and your house sits open for months. Here there's nobody to point at — every trade answers to us, and we answer to you.

Process & Permits
How this project actually goes
We sequence the trades so the job moves in one direction — rough trades, inspections, then finishes. No redoing finished work because a sub came late.
Fixed scope, written schedule, and a change-order process that requires your signature and a price before anything changes.
Whole-house projects typically run 2–6 months depending on scope. You'll know your range before you sign.

Straight Answers
Remodels questions, answered straight
How much does a whole-house remodel cost?
Depends entirely on scope — a cosmetic whole-house refresh and a gut renovation are different animals. Rough guide: $100–$300+ per square foot. Call for a free phone estimate and we'll narrow it fast.
Do you handle design and permits or just construction?
Both. Design-build means one contract covers plans, engineering, permits, and the build. You're not refereeing between an architect and a contractor.
Can we live in the house during a whole-house remodel?
For lighter scopes, usually. For gut renovations it's often cheaper and faster to be out. We'll tell you honestly which yours is — before you sign, not after demo.
What stops the price from ballooning mid-project?
A fixed scope in the contract and a written change-order rule: nothing changes without your signature and a price first. That's the whole answer. Contractors who bid low and bill high skip that clause on purpose.
