Walkthrough, and the appliances go back where they belong.
Concrete slabs get moisture-tested before wood or LVP goes down. Skipping that test is the number-one cause of failed floors in LA-area homes.
Most whole-house flooring installs run 3–7 days. We move appliances, undercut door jambs, and finish with baseboards — a complete job, not planks and a wave goodbye.
Tile in wet areas gets a waterproofing membrane behind it, always. Tile is not waterproof; the system behind it is.

LVP wins for most families: waterproof, scratch-resistant, and it looks like wood without wood's anxiety. We'll tell you honestly where hardwood or tile makes more sense.
Can you install over my existing floor?
Sometimes — it depends what's down and how flat it is. Sometimes 'saving' demo costs you a floor that telegraphs every flaw underneath. We check and tell you straight.
Do you do countertops and cabinets too?
Yes — quartz and granite counters, cabinet installation and refacing. Bundling floors, counters, and cabinets under one contractor is cheaper and faster than three separate installers pointing at each other.
