The story
Honesty is the family trade.
Before there was a construction company, there was a plumbing company. Mickey's father started it in 1953, and Mickey grew up in the trade, kept the name, the standards, and the phone number. Some of One Hour Plumbing Service's customers are on their third decade of calling it.
Any And All Construction takes the same DNA to bigger projects. The name is the promise: one contractor for design, permits, framing, roofing, concrete, electrical, HVAC, and finish work, so a kitchen, an ADU, or a commercial buildout doesn't mean juggling five subcontractors who each think the problem is someone else's.
What that means in practice: a real number before work starts, a written schedule, permits pulled by us, and one phone number that gets answered from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

A real number, in writing
You get a fixed scope and a real price before work starts. Changes only happen when you ask for them, priced in writing first. No surprise bills, no "today-only" pricing, no sales visits disguised as estimates.

- — California caps a contractor's deposit at $1,000 or 10%, whichever is less. We follow it.

Three companies, honestly explained
Mickey owns three companies, and we'd rather explain that than have you wonder. Any And All Construction handles general construction: remodels, additions, ADUs, roofing, concrete, and commercial work. One Hour Plumbing Service handles plumbing-only calls. A third company handles earthquake retrofitting. The Wilson Veterans Program runs across all of them.
Why it's good for you: when your remodel needs plumbing, the plumber isn't a stranger, and when your plumber spots a bigger problem, the contractor isn't either. Same owner, same standard, no finger-pointing between companies, ever.

Mickey, the owner, runs the estimate and the job. The crews on site answer to him, not to a dispatch board. You get one number to call from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
How long has Any And All Construction been around?
The construction company is the newest of Mickey's three businesses. The family behind it has worked the trades in southeast LA County since 1953, and One Hour Plumbing Service, Mickey's plumbing company, has customers on their third decade of calling the same number.
Why should I trust a newer construction company?
